A long overdue review, I cannot say enough about how wonderful BVH is! I first came here after reading the great reviews and am so so happy that I did. None of the dogs were nervous in the waiting room like at every other clinic I've been to. They provide a clean, welcoming environment and the entire staff is so friendly. Dr. Gunderson was awesome, giving Toby freeze-dried chicken throughout the visit, he was always so excited to see her and was never once nervous or uncomfortable. She knelt on the ground next to him, getting on his level, he never was put on a table. They make you feel taken care of and you know you are in expert hands. They are more than happy to answer any questions you have, and take the time to go the extra mile. They once accidentally quoted me the wrong price for a medicine and they made it right. I moved out of the state a year and a half ago and forever will compare future clinics to this place. I've worked at a vet clinic myself and can assure you, BVH is in a league of its own!Traci Martin

Took amazing care of both my senior dog and my teenagers boy. We found a small lump that turned out to be agressive cancer and they were so supportive. They explained all options and we're very reasonably priced. I was a mess throughout the whole process and they were understanding and even made me feel at ease.
